- 1 14 cups yellow cornmeal
- 13 cup granulated sugar
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 14 cups pumpkin
- 13 cup milk
- 14 cup vegetable oil
Directions

1PREHEAT oven to 375F Grease or paper-line 12 muffin cups.

2COMBINE flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder and salt in large bowl.

3Beat eggs, pumpkin, milk and vegetable oil in medium bowl until combined.

4Add to flour mixture; mix thoroughly.

5Spoon batter into prepared muffin cups.

6BAKE for 25 to 30 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
