- 1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
- 1 large can evaporated milk
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 3 eggs
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 2 sticks margarine, cut into pieces
- 1 large container Cool Whip
- 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c. powdered sugar
Directions

1Mix pumpkin, milk, sugar, eggs and cinnamon.

2Pour into a 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dish.

3Sprinkle 1 box yellow cake mix over pumpkin mixture.

4Sprinkle pecans over cake mix.

5Cover pecans with pieces of margarine.

6Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour.

7Cool and top with cream cheese mixture (1/2 of Cool Whip, cream cheese and powdered sugar).

8Use rest of Cool Whip on each serving.
