- 1 stick margarine
- 1 (29 oz.) large can pumpkin
- 1 (13 oz.) large can evaporated milk
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 c. chopped pecans
Directions

1Line a 9 x 13-inch pan with waxed paper.

2Preheat oven to 350°. Melt margarine (1 minute in microwave in a glass measuring cup) and let cool.

3Mix pumpkin, evaporated milk, sugar, eggs and cinnamon. Pour into waxed paper-lined pan.

4Sprinkle dry yellow cake mix over the top.

5Sprinkle chopped pecans over cake mix; pat into place. Spoon melted margarine evenly over dry mix and nuts.
