Ingredients

  • 1 large can pumpkin
  • 3 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 c. white sugar
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1 c. evaporated milk
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 3/4 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp. cloves
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
  • 1 c. chopped nuts
  • 1 stick melted butter

Directions

    Combine first 5 ingredients and all spices; mix well. Pour into a greased 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle cake mix on top and fold/cut through batter (incorporate fairly well). Sprinkle nuts on top. Drizzle melted butter over top. Bake at 350° for 45 to 60 minutes. Good warm or cold and also with whipped topping.
