- 3 sprigs of fresh mint
- 1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger
- 2 tea bags
- 3 1/2 cups boiling water
- 2 cups cold water
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 lemons, juice of
- 3 oranges, juice of
Directions

1Bruise the mint.

2Add the ginger and teabags.

3Pour over the boiling water, cover and steep for 6 or 7 minutes.

4Strain and discard the solids.

5Meanwhile, heat the remaining water and sugar just until the sugar is dissolved.

6Mix with the tea brew.

7Add the juice of the lemons and oranges, and strain.

8Serve chilled, over ice.

9(I don't mind chunky drinks, so I don't bother to strain it the second time).
