  • 3 eggs
  • 2/3 c. pumpkin pie filling
  • 1/2 c. granulated sugar
  • 1/2 c brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 3/4 c. plain flour
  • 1/3 c. nuts (optional)

Directions

    Line cookie sheet with waxed paper and set aside.

    Mix all ingredients together.

    Pour onto pan then sprinkle with nuts. Bake at 375° for 15 minutes.

    Sprinkle powdered sugar on a clean dish towel and turn cake onto towel.
  5. 5
    Peel off waxed paper and roll cake lengthwise on towel and refrigerate 1 hour.
