- 2 1/4 c. sugar
- 8 eggs
- 2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
- dash of salt

3Combine pumpkin and whipping cream and stir in the egg mixture.

4Pour in 2 deep shell pie crusts and bake at 425° for 15 minutes, then reduce heat to 350° until done.
