  • 2 small cartons whipping cream
  • 2 1/4 c. sugar
  • 8 eggs
  • 2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • dash of salt

Directions

    Beat eggs with wire whisk.

    Add sugar, salt and pumpkin pie spice.

    Combine pumpkin and whipping cream and stir in the egg mixture.

    Pour in 2 deep shell pie crusts and bake at 425° for 15 minutes, then reduce heat to 350° until done.
