- 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
- 1 (16 oz.) can (2 c.) pumpkin
- 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand milk (not evaporated milk)
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. ginger
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Preheat oven to 450°.

2In mixer bowl combine all items except pie shell and mix well.

3Pour into pie shell.

4Bake 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350°.

5Bake 35 to 40 minutes or when knife inserted in middle comes out clean.

6Cool.

7Garnish as desired or serve plain.

8Refrigerate leftovers.
