  • 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
  • 1 (16 oz.) can (2 c.) pumpkin
  • 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand milk (not evaporated milk)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. ginger
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions

    Preheat oven to 450°.

    In mixer bowl combine all items except pie shell and mix well.

    Pour into pie shell.

    Bake 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350°.

    Bake 35 to 40 minutes or when knife inserted in middle comes out clean.

    Cool.

    Garnish as desired or serve plain.

    Refrigerate leftovers.
