  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 Tbsp. pumpkin pie spice*
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 2/3 c. evaporated milk (1 tall can)
  • 1 (1 lb.) can pumpkin or 2 c. fresh pumpkin, drained well**
  • 2 regular pie crusts or 1 deep dish

Directions

    Put everything in blender; blend until smooth.

    Pour into pie crusts.

    Bake at 450° for 15 minutes, then bake at 375° for 40 to 45 minutes.
