  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. ginger
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg

    Mix all ingredients and pour in deep pie crust.

    Cook 15 minutes in 425° oven; then reduce heat to 350° and bake for 45 minutes.
