  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 Tbsp. self-rising flour
  • dash of salt
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 1/2 c. pumpkin
  • 2 unbaked 10-inch pie crusts

Directions

    Mix all sugars, spices and flour.

    Add pumpkin and milk last. Pour into two unbaked 10-inch pie crusts.

    Bake at 350° until set and light brown.
