  • 1 (9-inch) unbaked pastry shell
  • 1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin (about 2 c.)
  • 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg

Directions

    Preheat oven to 425°.

    In large bowl, combine filling ingredients.

    Mix well and turn into pie shell.

    Bake 15 minutes; reduce temperature to 350° and continue baking for 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted one inch from edge comes out clean.

    Cool before cutting.

    Garnish with whipped cream.
