- 1 (9-inch) unbaked pastry shell
- 1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin (about 2 c.)
- 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
Directions

1Preheat oven to 425°.

2In large bowl, combine filling ingredients.

3Mix well and turn into pie shell.

4Bake 15 minutes; reduce temperature to 350° and continue baking for 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted one inch from edge comes out clean.

5Cool before cutting.

6Garnish with whipped cream.
