  • 1 (9-inch) pie shell
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. ginger
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cloves
  • 2 c. pumpkin
  • 1 2/3 c. canned milk
  • 3 eggs, well beaten

Directions

    Heat oven to 425°.

    Combine sugar, salt and spices; add pumpkin, milk and eggs.

    Beat until smooth.

    Pour into pie shell. Bake at 425° for 15 minutes; lower heat to 350°.
