  • 12 oz. can evaporated milk
  • 1 lrg. can pumpkin
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
  • 1 c. butter, melted

Directions

    Mix all ingredients except cake mix and butter.

    You can add 1 c. chopped nuts to the pumpkin if desired.

    Pour into 9 by 13 in. cake pan, sprinkle cake mix over batter and drizzle butter over cake mix. Bake at 350° for 50-60 minutes. Serve with whipped topping or ice cream.
