- 1 large (29 oz.) can solid packed pumpkin
- 1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
- 4 large eggs
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp. grated nutmeg
- 1 yellow cake mix
- 1 c. unsalted butter, melted
- 1 c. chopped pecans
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Mix pumpkin, milk, eggs, sugar and spices in mixing bowl.

3Pour into an ungreased 13 x 9-inch pan. Sprinkle dry cake mix evenly over the top.

4Drizzle melted butter over cake mix and sprinkle with pecans.

5Bake until cake is set in center, about 1 hour and 15 minutes.

6Cool to room temperature, then refrigerate several hours before serving.
