  • 29 oz. can pumpkin
  • 4 eggs
  • 13 oz. can evaporated milk
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. ginger
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
  • 1 c. melted margarine
  • 1 c. chopped nuts (if desired)

Directions

    Beat all but cake mix, margarine and nuts. Put in ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle dry cake mix over the top. Pour melted margarine over cake mix and sprinkle with chopped nuts. Bake at 350° for 1 hour, no longer. Top with Cool Whip.
