  • 1 1/2 cups nonfat or whole milk
  • 1 can pumpkin
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/8 tsp. ginger
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar twin
  • 1 baked pie crust
