  • 2 eggs, beaten or 1/4 c. egg substitute
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 Tbsp. diet margarine
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. self-rising flour
  • 1 c. skim evaporated milk
