  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 c. corn syrup (light or dark)
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp. allspice
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

    Slightly beat eggs in a large bowl.

    Stir in remaining ingredients until well blended.

    Pour into glass baking dish. Bake 45 to 55 minutes at 325°, until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
