- 14 1/2 ounces canned pumpkin
- 1 1/4 cups evaporated skim milk
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/4 cup margarine, melted
- 1 1/2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
Directions

1Preheat oven to 450.

2Grease a 9x9 pan.

3In large mixing bowl at medium speed, beat pumpkin, evaporated milk, sugar, flour, margarine, eggs, vanilla, nutmeg, cinnamon, baking soda and salt for 1 minute or until smooth and well blended.

4Pour into pan.

5Bake for 30-35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
