- 1 lb. light brown sugar
- 1 c. oil
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. ground cloves
- 1 tsp. ginger
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. cream of tartar
- 1 c. pumpkin
Directions

1Mix all ingredients together.

2Pour into a 15 1/2 x 10 1/2-inch baking sheet that has been greased and lined with wax paper.

3Bake 10 to 12 minutes at 375°.

4Loosen edges immediately and turn upside down on a towel sprinkled with powdered sugar. Carefully remove paper while cake is still hot; roll cake and towel lengthwise.

5Cool on wire rack.

6Unroll cake; remove towel and spread with cream cheese icing and roll again.

7Slice and refrigerate.
