- 3 eggs
- 1 c. sugar
- 2/3 c. canned pumpkin
- 3/4 c. self rising flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. soda
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. powdered sugar
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375°.

2Use 11 x 16 cookie sheet lined with waxed paper-spread batter over waxed paper.

3Mix dry mixture and batter together.

4Spread evenly in pan, bake 15 to 18 minutes. Use two sheets white paper towels placed on cloth towel-dump on towel peel off waxed paper, cut in half where paper towel ends-start from the center and roll up with paper towel-let cool. Unroll-rolls taking off paper spread on filling reroll and wrap in foil and freeze.

5When ready to eat cut in 1/2 inch and refrigerate until time to serve.
