Pumpkin Rolls (Bread)

- 1 c. warm water
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 pkg. dry yeast
- 3 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. warmed, smooth, cooked pumpkin
- 1/2 c. powdered milk (dry)
- 1 egg
- 4 to 5 c. flour
Directions

1Mix well the first 5 ingredients.

2Then add pumpkin, powdered milk and egg.

3Beat well.

4Stir into 4 to 5 cups unsifted flour. Mix well, knead well and let rise until double.

5Roll to 3/4-inch thick.

6Cut with biscuit cutter or make in any desired manner for rolls.

7Let rise until double.

8Bake about 30 minutes at 375°.
