   Set aside enough pecans to sprinkle tops of crackers.

   Mix dates, milk, and pecans.

   Cook over medium heat until mixture starts thickening and dates are cooked.

   Spread on Ritz crackers. Bake on 350 degrees for a few minutes.

   Cool.

   Spread with cream cheese icing.

   Top with pecans.
