- 8 flour tortillas
- 3/4 c. cheese, shredded
- 2 to 3 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 small tomato, finely chopped
- 1/4 c. finely chopped green onions (optional)
- 1/2 c. finely shredded ham (optional)
Directions

1Combine cheese, bacon, tomato, onions and ham in a bowl.

2Mix well.

3Sprinkle mixture evenly over half the tortillas to within 1/2 inch of edge.

4Top with remaining tortillas.

5Spray skillet with Pam.

6Cook quesadillas 1 to 2 minutes on each side until lightly browned and cheese melts.

7Cut into four wedges each. Serve with shredded lettuce, sour cream, and/or guacamole.
