  • 2 c. chopped fresh broccoli
  • 1/2 c. chopped green peppers and onions
  • 1 c. shredded Colby or Swiss cheese
  • 1 c. milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. whole wheat bread flour or biscuit mix
  • salt to taste
  • 1/8 tsp. red pepper (optional)

Directions

    Steam broccoli in steamer or microwave until crisp.

    Place broccoli in lightly greased 9-inch pie plate.

    Sprinkle with onions, peppers and cheese.

    Combine remaining ingredients in blender and mix until smooth.

    Pour over broccoli mixture.

    Bake at 375° for 25 to 30 minutes or until set.
