- 2 tablespoons herbes de provence
- 1 (750 ml) bottle Noilly Prat dry vermouth
Directions

1Place the herbes de Provence in a small saucepan over medium heat for 2 minutes, or until fragrant.

2Add 2 cups of the vermouth.

3Bring to a boil and immediately remove from the heat.

4Let stand until cool.

5Add the remaining vermouth and strain through cheesecloth.

6Bottle and store at room temperature.

7Will keep indefinitely.
