  • 1 1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
  • 8 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 9-inch chilled pastry shell
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 c. heavy cream
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 c. finely diced onion
  • 1/4 c. finely diced bell pepper

    Sprinkle cheese and bacon in pastry shell.

    Blend remaining ingredients.

    Pour over cheese-bacon mixture.

    Bake at 375° for 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
