- 3/4 cup non-fat cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 tsp basil
- 2 oz turkey ham, diced
- 2 eggs
- 1 egg white
- 1 cup non-fat milk
Directions

1Coat a 1 quart baking dish with Pam.

2Sprinkle cheeses, basil and turkey ham into dish.

4Beat together eggs, egg white and milk.
