  • 1 (10 oz.) bar sharp grated cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • dash of cayenne pepper

    Alternate bread and cheese making 2 layers.

    Beat eggs lightly.

    Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour over bread and cheese.
