  • 1 1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
  • 4 tsp. flour
  • 1/2 c. cooked ham
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c. milk or light cream
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. dry mustard

Directions

    Sprinkle the cheese, flour and ham into pie crust. Combine the remaining ingredients. Beat until smooth and pour evenly over cheese and ham. Bake at 400° for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
