- 1 onion, minced and sauteed in margarine
- 8 slices crisp bacon, crumbled
- 3 eggs
- 1 c. heavy cream
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- dash of cayenne
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Directions

1Sprinkle cheese and bacon into pastry lined pie pan.

2Sprinkle onion on top of cheese and bacon.

3Beat remaining ingredients together and pour over top.

4Bake at 375° for 45 minutes or until browned and firm.
