  • 1/2 lb. bacon
  • 1 1/2 c. Swiss cheese, grated
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. light cream
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • dash of nutmeg
  • dash of cayenne pepper
  • 1 frozen deep dish pie shell

Directions

    Cook bacon.

    Drain on paper towel and crumble.

    Mix together remaining ingredients and pour into pie shell.

    Bake at 350° until golden or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean, approximately 45 minutes.
