- 2 (9-inch) pie shells
- 4 slices bacon, crumbled
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
- 4 slices ham
- 1/2 lb. Swiss cheese, grated
- 5 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. evaporated milk
- garlic powder to taste
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Directions

1Bake pie shells.

2Fry bacon until crisp.

3Saute onions in butter.

4Layer bacon, onions, mushrooms, ham and cheese in the two pie shells.

5Mix the remaining ingredients.

6Pour mixture in shells and bake for 35 minutes in 350° oven or until knife comes out clean when inserted in center.
