- 1 (9-inch) frozen pie shell
- 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 1/4 c. chopped onions
- 4 eggs
- 1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
Directions

1Use microwave bacon rack; place paper towel and bacon.

2Cover with paper towel.

3Microwave on High 6 to 7 minutes or until crispy.

4Set aside.

5Place frozen pie shell in quiche pan. Microwave on High for 1 minute.

6Press into shape of quiche pan. Brush with small amount Worcestershire sauce for color.

7Prick with fork.

8Microwave on 70% for 5 to 6 minutes or until light brown spots just begin to appear in crust.

9Crumble bacon, cheese and onions in bottom of pie shell.
