  • 6 slices bacon cooked
  • 3 each eggs
  • 1/2 cup swiss cheese shredded
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup onions minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 dash cayenne pepper
  • 1 each pie shell (9 inch) deep, frozen
  • 1 cup cream light

Directions

    Sprinkle bacon, cheese and onion in bottom of frozen pie shell.

    Beat together eggs, cream and seasonings.

    Pour egg mixture into pie shell.

    Bake in preheated 425F (220C) oven for 15 minutes on bottom shelf.

    Reduce temperature to 325F (160C) and continue baking 20 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.

    Let stand for 10 minutes before cutting.
