- 2 frozen ready bake pie crusts
- 1 (16 oz.) bag frozen vegetables (any kind)
- 7 eggs
- 2 c. grated Swiss cheese
- 1 can cream-style condensed soup (any kind)
Directions

1Steam and drain vegetables.

2Arrange in pie crusts.

3Mix soup and eggs in blender.

4Scatter 1/2 cup cheese over vegetables in each pie crust.

5Pour soup and egg mix into crusts over vegetables.

6Sprinkle remaining cheese over the top of the mixture and bake in 375° oven until firm, approximately 45 minutes. Serves 8 (or freeze one pie and save until later).
