  • 1 unbaked 9-inch pastry shell
  • 1/2 lb. cooked crabmeat
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c. onion, chopped and sauteed
  • dash of pepper

Directions

    Blend mayonnaise, milk, eggs and cornstarch until smooth. Stir in crabmeat, cheese, onion and pepper.

    Turn into pastry shell.

    Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes, or until browned.
