- 1 lb. beef tips
- 1 large yellow onions
- 1 large can sliced mushrooms
- 1 envelope (1.5 oz.) dry onion soup
- 1/4 Cup butter
- 1 (12 oz.) jar mushroom gravy
Directions

1Tenderize beef tip in pressure cooker or parboil.

2Melt butter in skillet over low heat.

3Slice onion very thin and saute in butter until tender.

4Add mushrooms and saute for an additional 3-4 minutes.

5Stir beef tips and stir-fry until brown over medium heat.

6Add mushroom gravy and stir well.

7Add dry onion soup mix. Stir well and add 1 Cup water.

8Cook covered, for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

9Serve over egg noodles or rice.
