  • 1 lb. raw ground turkey breast
  • 1/2 c. fresh sliced mushrooms
  • 12 oz. sodium-low tomato or V-8 juice
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 2 c. shredded cabbage

    Brown turkey, onion and celery in cooking spray.

    Add remaining ingredients, except cabbage.

    Simmer 20 minutes.

    Spray casserole dish with cooking spray and place shredded cabbage in dish.

    Top with meat mixture.

    Cover and bake at 350° for 1 hour. Serves 4. Each serving contains 158 calories, 18.9 g protein, 8.7 g fat, 60 mg chol. and 106.5 mg sodium.
