- 1 c. nonfat plain yogurt
- 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
- 1/2 c. roughly chopped cilantro
- 3 c. diced cooked chicken breast
- 4 large whole wheat tortillas
- 4 large pre-washed lettuce slices (large enough to cover tortilla surface)
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1In medium mixing bowl, combine yogurt, garlic and herb. Stir until blended. Salt and pepper to taste. Add chicken breast and stir until well coated. Place lettuce slices and 1/4 of chicken mixture on a whole wheat tortilla and wrap up. Serves 4.
