- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup yogurt
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 2 cups flour
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 2 tablespoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- powdered sugar
- oil (for frying)
Directions

1Heat the oil to 375 degrees.

2Start by combining the two eggs and sugar.

3Wisk until the egg mixture is pail and fluffy.

4Add the yogurt, butter and vanilla, wisk briefly.

5In a separate bowl, combine the flour, salt, baking powder and soda.

6Add the dry ingredients to the wet.

7Stir just until ingredients are combined, if you over mix the dough will become tough.

8Roll the dough to 1/4 inches thick.

9Cut doughnuts as close together as possible. Repeat with the remaining dough.

10Fry on each side until golden brown.

11Drain the doughnuts on a paper towel.
