  • 3 cups diced potatoes frozen, not shredded
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

    COAT a large heavy skillet generously with no-stick cooking spray. Heat over medium-high heat.

    ARRANGE potatoes in a single layer in pan. Spray generously with no-stick cooking spray. Stir and toss to combine. Spray again with no-stick cooking spray. Season with salt, pepper and paprika.
