  • 14 c. apples, put through colander
  • 7 c. sugar
  • 1 pkg. candy cinnamon red hots
  • 1 box strawberry jello

Directions

    Cook apples; put through colander until smooth.

    Measure 14 cups applesauce in kettle.

    Add sugar, jello and cinnamon candy. Bring to full boil and cook 20 minutes, stirring constantly.

    Put into hot jars and seal with hot lids.
