  • 2 c. instant white mashed potatoes
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon

Directions

    Cream mashed instant potatoes, then combine eggs, salt, milk and melted butter or margarine.

    Mix well; pour into unbaked pie shell.

    Bake at 450° for 10 minutes.

    Reduce heat to 350° and bake 30 or 40 minutes until filling is firm.
