  • 1 pkg. instant pudding
  • 1/2 c. nuts
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 c. raisins
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 c. applesauce
  • 1/4 c. vegetable oil

Directions

    Mix all ingredients in ungreased 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.

    Stir vigorously and scrape down sides.

    Spread batter evenly in pan. Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.
