- 1 (4 oz.) pkg. Jell-O banana cream or vanilla flavor pudding and pie filling
- 1 3/4 c. milk
- 2 baked 8-inch yellow cake layers, cooled
- 1 sq. Baker's unsweetened chocolate
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 3/4 c. confectioners sugar
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. hot milk
- dash of salt
Directions

1Combine pudding mix and milk in medium saucepan.

2Blend well. Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture comes to a full boil. Cover with plastic wrap.

3Chill.

4Split cake layers horizontally to make 4 thin layers.

5Beat pudding until creamy.

6Spread about 2/3 cup on each layer and stack.
