Grandma'S Potato Salad

  • 4 medium potatoes, scrubbed
  • 6 eggs
  • 8 ounce sour cream
  • 3/4 cup chopped onion
  • 2 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • pinch sugar
  • 8 ounce mayonnaise

Directions

    Cover potatoes with water and boil until slightly soft. Cool.

    Cover eggs with water and slowly bring to a boil. Turn off heat and let sit for 5 - 10 minutes. Drain and cool.

    When potatoes and eggs are cool, peel and slice all potatoes and eggs.

    Place potatoes, eggs, onion in a large bowl.

    Stir together sour cream, vinegar, mustard, mayonnaise, salt and sugar. Add to bowl with potatoes and mix.
