- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli spears
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 1 medium onion, chopped fine
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
- butter
- 1 c. grated sharp cheese
Directions

1Cook broccoli according to package directions; drain.

2Place in casserole.

3Combine soup, eggs, cheese, onion and mayonnaise; pour over broccoli.

4Sprinkle with stuffing mix; dot with butter. Bake in preheated 350° oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
