Quick Broccoli Casserole

  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli spears
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 eggs, well beaten
  • 1 medium onion, chopped fine
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
  • butter
  • 1 c. grated sharp cheese

Directions

    Cook broccoli according to package directions; drain.

    Place in casserole.

    Combine soup, eggs, cheese, onion and mayonnaise; pour over broccoli.

    Sprinkle with stuffing mix; dot with butter. Bake in preheated 350° oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
