- 1 1/4 c. warm water
- 1/2 tsp. molasses
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 c. buckwheat flour
Directions

1Dissolve yeast well in warm water.

2Add salt and molasses. Stir in flour.

4Let stand 10 to 15 minutes.

5Bake on hot griddle.
